1. Reservations

Reservation requests made via the online form are non-binding and only become effective upon our explicit confirmation (by phone or e-mail).

2. Cancellation

Please cancel reservations you cannot keep in good time. For larger groups we kindly ask for cancellation no later than 24 hours before the reserved time.

3. Prices

The prices displayed or stated in the menu at the time of your visit apply, including statutory VAT.

4. Vouchers

Vouchers are valid from the date of issue in accordance with statutory periods and cannot be redeemed for cash.
